Machine Shop Software
We created and developed software to help us run our
CNC machine shop, being that none was available when we started. Continuous development created
some worthwhile applications and modules that we now give away for free. All software codes,
procedures and design features are included to allow for modification
to suit personalised requirements.
Written in Microsoft Access (version 2010), these software applications will suit someone starting or running their machine shop and looking for a helping hand.
The separate modules are contained within each applications. Some may want just the modules, some may go directly to the applications.
There is no need for a full version of Microsoft Access (version 2010 onwards) to be installed. The set up sheet contains download link for the free Microsoft Access runtime
software. Note that these free software applications, and modules, are generated in 32 bit versions and will not run in
Microsoft Access (or Office) 64 bit versions. Microsoft Access 32bit Runtime can be installed on computers running MS Access or MS Office 64bit software.
All data stored in any application or module can be transferred to any other application or module. Data storage tables are all the same

Parts Manager
Ideal software application for those sole traders who are starting or running a manufacturing business (in any trade) and want to be to keep track of how the parts are made including substrate used, costing's, tool setups, etc. Take the guess work out of repeatability.
